SodexoMagic and The Good Eating Company are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of General Manager to support our new business in Foster City, California.

The General Manager of food service will have total unit operating responsibilities including the supervision of the management team and all frontline staff with a focus on excellent customer experience at two locations. We're passionate about delectable, fresh food and take pride in crafting imaginative and well-balanced dishes daily, collaborating with forward-thinking organizations that value their members and seek exceptional, creative dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong hospitality experience including solid financial acumen and deep understanding of farm to table dining
• Excellent multi-tasking skills to juggle different tasks
• Ability to build and mentor a solid team who share the same level of commitment and passion for hospitality: quality presentation, customer service, professionalism
• Diplomatic skills to work with customers and clients from around the world

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
