We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our newest venture serving up wagyu beef smash burgers, fresh cut fries, and ice cream!

WHAT DOES A GENERAL MANAGER DO?As a General Manager at Craft & Crew Hospitality, your days will be filled with excitement and variety. You will learn and master all aspects of the restaurant from cooking on the grill to scheduling and ordering - giving you the ability to jump in and help both front and back of house positions. Your leadership will inspire crew development, foster teamwork, and promote a creative and fun work environment.
Ensure all operational standards are met, including food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety. Oversee day-to-day operations such as scheduling, inventory control, and ordering supplies. Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and develop strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly. Recruit, train, and retain talented staff members while maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations. Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A GENERAL MANAGERTo excel as a General Manager at Wells Roadside, you'll need a diverse set of skills to navigate the fast-paced restaurant industry.
