ATL Fitness 24/7 is the largest and fastest growing non-franchise/independently family-owned gym chain in North Georgia.

We are a full-service 24-hour fitness center, specializing in boxing/kickboxing classes alongside traditional personal training, bootcamps, and individuals working out in our large and fully appointed 24/7 gym space.

We are hiring a General Manager for the Lawrenceville/Lilburn/Norcross locations (atlfitness247.com).

Job Requirements:

Sales experience (preferably in the fitness industry)

Gym experience (personal training, sales desk, etc.)

Good people skills (dealing with members, potential members, and staff)

Sales ability (this job is largely a sales position)

Good administrative ability (must be able to follow protocols for dealing with large numbers of sales leads, sales follow-ups, managing a personal training calendar for your trainers, etc.)

Must have a good sense of humor!

Pay is competitive for the industry; a good manager can expect to make approximately $1,000 to $1,500 per week, with paid vacation time and holidays off.

We are also offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus at the end of your first year of employment!
