We are seeking an experienced Airport General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily airport operations, driving performance and excellence across all aspects of service delivery.

Position Overview
The General Manager will build and maintain new business operations and opportunities at the airport. Our ideal candidate will be a driven and experienced industry expert who excels at building relationships and management oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively represent the company and successfully interoperate with Airport Authority stakeholders and law enforcement, as appropriate
- Manage new business operations and seek out new business opportunities
- Meet with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality services, identify trends, and assure compliance with contractual requirements
- Effectively monitor and guide subordinate supervisors, administrative personnel, and teammates
- Implement effective recruitment, staffing/scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain complete and compliant records of security personnel
- Ensure all security functions are performed in accordance with TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations and corporate policies
- Evaluate station attendance and performance deficiencies and administer corrective measures in accordance with Human Resources policies
- Administer payroll reporting within the established guidelines and deadlines
- Ensure cost-effective measures across the station
Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
- Bachelor's degree in security or related field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Within the past five (5) years, must have successful experience managing a major security or screening operation (TSA regulated Title 49 Part 1500 series)
- Working knowledge of the aviation security industry to successfully implement compliant and quality aviation security operations
- Demonstrated success with a start-up operation preferred
- Resides within commuting distance of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport
- AAAE Airport Certified Employee (ACE) or Certified Member (CM) Security Certification required within six months of hire
- Current certification at time of hire is preferable
- Available to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays depending on the airport's security needs
- Valid State issued Driver's License with clean driving record
