For more information, please visit .What You Will DoThis General Manager position within the Biologics and Chemicals Division within the Bioprocessing Group will lead the Cell Culture global business. Driving strategy, investment decisions, and commercial engagements for growth. This requires broad knowledge of business functions and how to harness the teams to drive coherent actions to implement strategy and optimize the P&L performance. This role is onsite located at Grand Island, NY.How You Will Make an ImpactP&L ownership – drive processes, investment strategies, balance portfolio positioning to ensure top and bottom-line profitability expansion in line with strategic and annual planningDrive customer engagements and commercial ensuring business unit strategy adoption, segment share growth, and long-term customer happinessProduct management leadership from concept to commercialization, running the life cycle of the portfolio. Responsible for five-year product line strategy, list pricing and margin optimization, management across the customer value continuum, and customer intimacy efforts.Devise and implement interpersonal strategies and processes to position the business for growth and scale, developing relevant cases and recommending required investments to drive balanced growth.Define innovation strategy and own execution including product roadmap, pricing, positioning, organic development, new product success, and leverage business development to develop efficient licensing, partnership, and acquisition strategies to address gaps and supplement the existing product portfolio.Lead an impactful team by hiring, engaging and developing passionate and motivated employees.
