Job Summary

The Company is seeking a General Manager 3 - Coffee Bar for a Corporate Services account located in San Francisco, California. This candidate will report directly to a Director of Operations and directly supervise 5 frontlines (hourly). This individual will be responsible for overseeing the client's Coffee program. We are looking for a leader with strong Coffee experience and exceptional client relationship skills. The right candidate will possess a passion for all things hospitality, with an emphasis on creating a stellar coffee and tea program. This is a fun, engaging, and creative role that will enable the candidate to pioneer this new program while making a significant impact on its evolution.

Responsibilities

Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.

Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.

Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline (hourly) staff.

Ensure company standards are met, including compliance with company food and physical safety programs.

Manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.

Exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Direct all contract management service operations at a single account/unit.

Plan and supervise special functions.

Maintain cash control and payroll records.

Hire and train unit personnel.

Maintain customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Provide local leadership and strategic direction.

Qualifications

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Basic Management Experience - 3 years.

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years.
