The opportunity is with a private equity-backed commercial roofing operator who is focused on both organic growth and growth through partnerships with similar high quality and like-minded commercial roofing businesses.

In this role, you would be playing a pivotal role, by leading, collaborating and formulating the overall strategy.

Your Role

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish assigned goals.
  • Oversee the development of project scopes, objectives and communication, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop, create, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues.
  • Delegate responsibilities to team members and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
  • Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, including overall staffing needs.
  • Measure project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Provide leadership for the team by building and motivating team members to meet key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Perform all work in strict accordance with scope, directions, specifications and OSHA rules, regulations and company policies.
