Job Overview
A high-volume Social Dining concept, primed for growth, is looking for a full-time General Manager/Director of Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining daily operations, staffing and developing our team, managing store KPI's and profitability.
In partnership with senior leadership, you will define and implement operational policies and procedures and address overall business goals. As the ideal candidate, you will have a track record of success in hospitality leadership and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and developing people.

28 years ago, I started my hospitality career washing dishes and prepping food. I never intended to stay as long as I have, but you don't really choose hospitality, it chooses you.
Over the years I moved through all positions and eventually into leadership positions. My journey took me to a few different restaurants as a General Manager and eventually into the Entertainment side of hospitality where I became the Chief Operating Officer of a unique brand which I ran for 15 years.
I've always attributed my success to one thing: The team around me. I carefully curated an all-star cast of the best people who started as hosts, servers, bartenders, line cooks, bussers and facility leads. I root for the underdog. It's always been my mission to recognize talent and give them a path of growth beyond what they would imagine.
Fast forward to a few years ago when I formed a company with our co-founder and very best friend, Doug, who started with me 17 years ago as a bartender. Together, we assembled this all-star cast of the best people we have ever worked with and together we began work on a new brand. We knew we wanted to do things differently. We realized that a better design and cutting-edge technology coupled with our unwavering belief that people are the primary reason any place succeeds is the way to go.
Our team has worked together, on average, for over a decade. We have a strong culture, incredible values and a North Star that everyone can see.
