Job Responsibilities
Maintain facility and equipment.Procure engineering consumables, proprietary spares, and maintain inventory.Perform and approve qualification studies for equipment and facility.Schedule and execute preventive maintenance programs for plant and utility equipment.Review and participate in the process validation program.Maintain and update drawings such as plant layout, equipment layout, and P&ID for equipment.Schedule and execute the Annual Maintenance Program for utility and material handling equipment.Arrange instruments for plant equipment and accessories.Review, authorize, and comply with all quality documents.Ensure statutory compliance of boiler/electrical inspector & standard weights.Execute modifications in the plant as per approved capex and requirements.Arrange training for department employees on SOP, new systems, and qualifications.Review maintenance reports and energy consumption to ensure corrective actions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
