**MORE ABOUT THE GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES**

* **Coach & Mentor** : build trust, rapport and provide guidance to the leadership team. Inspire, hold them accountable, and champion their development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational best practices.

* **Strategic Focused** : work closely with the Owner and Executive Team to brainstorm, debate, develop and implement key organizational changes resulting in growth in all facets of the company (revenue, profit, retention, services, structure, etc.)

* **Analyze Performance Metrics** : Ability to analyze multiple data points & trends and understand what needs to happen to improve results in multiple areas of the business. Ability to take your understanding and present the information in simple terms that all team members can understand and rally to improve the businesses key metrics.

* **Belief System** : be a champion of the Service Legends Legendary Way leading by example and staying true to our Core Values. Understand and be able to articulate and lead trainings/meetings in ways that foster engagement, excitement and hope for the future.

**Required Experience**

* Minimum of 5 Years Managing a department of 10+ employees; experience managing an organization is preferred.

* Prior successful sales experience; preferrable in high end/luxury retail and/or residential services

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred

* Prior experience managing HVAC, Electrical and/or Electrical home services preferred, not required.

**Compensation**

Compensation is competitive with the position's requirements.

In our performance-based environment, this will include a base salary of $190K - 215k + a bonus structure based on company performance targeted for an additional 20% compensation.
