The Idea Candidate will be:An independent and organized candidate who is passionate about process improvement and adapts well in a fast-paced environment.A Level 5 leader who empowers, enables, and creates a rewarding and fulfilling environment for the team.Able to partner closely with senior leadership and business partners at all levels effectively.Responsibilities:Responsible for overall success and management of teamLead employee teams to provide customers with 5-Star ServiceAssume full operational responsibility for profit and loss related activitiesEstablish a team culture among all personnel that is transparent and supportiveConduct 1:1s weekly with all direct reportsMonitor and manage the policies and proceduresMonitor and assess job satisfaction of all employees by conducting annual performance evaluations of all employeesPerforming financial and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis of the company to identify any potential problems or areas of needed growthHandles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data and activity reportsServe as support agent of the Company initiatives. Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.Assists with budget preparation for the locationDevelop new programs to drive organic growth Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredAt least 5 to 7 years of experience managing a service teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareAbility to interact and execute at all levels of the companyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional attitude in leadership and financial meetingsOrganizational skills and attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skillsSense of urgency and strong interpersonal skillsFinancial Acumen - ability to read and interpret financial statementsComfortable with a fast-paced, multi-task and agile working environmentTeam player - flexible, able to adjust to shifting priorities; positive can-do attitudeAbility to travel up to 1 to 3 days monthlyThis position is based in Cleveland, OH with limited travel to the region that it supports, as well as our corporate headquarters, as needed.
