We are looking for a General Manager in New Jersey to lead the work performed in our branch and to supervise all areas, manage staff, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.
You will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Responsibilities
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, inventory, warehouse management, customer service, administration, and sales.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
- Bring out the best of branch s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Locate and identify areas of improvement proposing corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
Requirements:
- Experience of coordinating diverse teams (sales, operations, customer service).
- Excellent network in the area.
- Experience in the industrial sector, building materials, high-end products for architectural and design application or similar.
- Proven experience and ability to meet sales targets.
