Join us in delivering compassionate care and creating a memorable experience for our valued customers.Key responsibilities for this role include:- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning- Leading and managing a team of passionate and customer-focused staff- Curating a menu of high-quality cannabis products, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for our customers- Implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction- Maintaining compliance with all state and local regulations, ensuring adherence to legal requirements- Managing inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive brand experience- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and customers, adhering to security protocols

Salary

$65000 - $72000 USD per year

Required Skills

- Must be 21 years of age or older- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a managerial role in the cannabis industry- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods- Familiarity with state and local regulations governing the cannabis industry- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
