What you'll do

As a General Manager of a restaurant, you will provide the team with the skill, leadership, training, and motivation to run a great restaurant that provides customer satisfaction using Wendy's standards and procedures, as well as ensuring profits.

What we expect from you

You will be available to operate your restaurant 24/7. You will hire, train, and develop staff members to efficiently operate your restaurant. As a salaried position, you will work a scheduled work week of 5 days/10 hour shifts or more as needed.
