A contemporary, luxury property in the Naples, FL area is looking to add a sophisticated General Manager. This full-service property is considered a one-of-a-kind and part of a highly successful collection of hotels and resorts.

Compensation: $215-225,000 base Salary, 30-35% bonus program, comprehensive health benefits, 401k, PTO, and much more!

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of luxury resort/hotel GM experience
• 4+ star property experience
• Non-branded hotel experience
• Ability to commute or relocate to Naples
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Strong job tenure and a proven history of success

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of operations at the resort as well as day-to-day staff, management, and guests
• Be an ambassador for the hotel
• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service culture, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction
• Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Admin are on target and accurate
