Job Description:
Summary Oversee operations through a team of functional managers and supervisors. Directs and manages all operations with responsibilities for all site functional areas. Directs activities so that production is completed efficiently, and within quality standards and cost objectives. Ensures customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines. Ensures inventory and shipping/receiving functions at location are operating at levels which meet customers' needs and established financial benchmarks. Essential Functions Ensures the safety of all employees and visitors
  • Manage, recruit, on-board, train, develop and provide succession planning for all staff and management team
  • Maintain an overview of all Employee Relations responsibilities to ensure a positive work environment. Follow up with management team to ensure proper training and staff assessment is being completed
  • Supports corporate staff efforts in procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices;
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Manages policy deployment in the areas of safety, production, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures
  • Managers costs and communicates issues related to cost and labor variances. Makes recommendations and implements solutions to problems related to same
  • Ensures standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance are maintained and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize production.
  • Ensures fixed assets are preserved. Initiates recommendations on purchases of new equipment and improvements to plant property. Identifies, communicates, and drives implementation of capital investments and improvement projects. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the location
  • Works with corporate staff to develop budgets, programs, and long-term plans
  • Perform cash office operational functions
  • Essential Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • 7-10 years of previous management positions • Performance management skills • Excellent problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills • Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements • A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. • Ability to perform short and long range planning • Works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company. Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships. • Demonstrated track record in achieving excellent quality and safety results Benefits:
