Our diverse product portfolio, ranging from inkjet printers to vision systems, is designed to optimize the final 100 feet of a production line, setting us apart in the market.

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager with a strong grasp of Business Development to lead our technical sales team and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, outgoing, and mechanically inclined, with a knack for building solutions and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree
  • 7+ years of Management experience leading field, technical repair, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience overseeing all levels of a company (President, Operations, Purchasing, Maintenance)
  • Proven ability to grow existing customer accounts and hunt for new opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills to explain and demonstrate cost reductions and operational improvements
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Sales Driven
  • Proficient in Windows-based programs
  • Proficient in Sales Operations
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think outside the box to develop customer service requirements and implement solutions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Sales Engineers - Technical Sales agents
  • Warehouse management: keep organized and determine when resources are needed
  • Control expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services.
  • Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and actively review information
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees, ensuring all positions are filled
  • Responsible for ensuring all employees provide the best customer experience in every interaction
  • Proactively mediate and resolve any customer concerns
  • Support, implement, and deliver all staff training.
  • Continually evaluate the performance of each employee and provide constant feedback to drive results.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to Dartronics, Inc.'s policies and procedures.
