Must have at least 6 years of experience in warehouse distribution, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 5 years of functional experience, and a total of 5 years of combined management experience.
The candidate will serve as the in-unit leader overseeing multiple accounts within a defined geography, acting as the primary point of contact for client relations and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Duties:
- Oversee daily operations through visits to accounts, managing projects, implementing processes, and introducing new technologies.
- Develop business plans and budgets in collaboration with account GMs to meet system and district goals.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, supporting contract negotiations and ensuring business partnership success.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead succession planning, employee development, diversity initiatives, and training programs.
- Provide strategic leadership to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of warehouse distribution experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Proficient in inventory management software, route scheduling software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs, and perform work in outdoor weather conditions.
