Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business or relevant field with a minimum of 4 years experience in:Excel-based planning & budgeting, involving client volume analysis & financial budget formulation, forecasting, & cost estimation within service-related industries;As a Business Operations Manager or in a similar capacity such as Operations Director, Operations Supervisor, or Business Manager, specializing in forecasting methodologies, financial data interpretation, & strategic budget allocation within service-related sectors;Market Research & Operational Analysis, focusing on financial performance optimization within service-related industries;Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement encompassing executive networking, & collaboration with teams to drive success in service-related industries;Managing internal department functions & fostering cross-departmental collaboration within service-related industries;Minimum 3 years operational enhancements such as refining & optimizing early-stage internal tracking systems within service-related sectors;Fluent in Chinese in listening, speaking, reading, & writing.30% domestic & international travel required. Salary: $185,286/year.
