What You'll Do:As the General Manager, you'll be the fearless leader of our team—overseeing everything from estimators to technicians. Your mission: to ensure the shop runs smoothly, meets goals, and delivers exceptional service. Here's what your day might look like:

  • Taking full responsibility for profit and loss (P&L) and leading a team to meet (and crush!) all goals.
  • Managing all shop personnel—hiring, training, coaching, and promoting our superstars.
  • Collaborating with insurance adjusters and building strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat and referral business.
  • Ensuring every repair is done with the utmost quality and efficiency, minimizing comebacks and ensuring safety is never compromised.
  • Overseeing vendor service, materials management, and making sure all technicians have the best tools to get the job done.
  • Handling customer complaints like a pro, ensuring every client leaves happy and ready to hit the road again.
  • What You Bring to the Team:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
  • A knack for communication—both written and verbal.
  • A valid driver's license and the desire to be part of something big.
