Duties
Manage all aspects of the business, including food production, inventory control, and customer service.Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.Maintain a positive work environment and provide guidance to staff.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.Qualifications
