Summary:
Industrial Air Power is seeking a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager in Muskego, WI.
The General Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's overall business activities, managing operational costs, and developing and implementing effective business strategies. This person will also oversee vendor communication, generate new business, and manage existing staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong knowledge of business functions and budgeting.
Primary Duties:
Oversee daily business operationsHire and train new employees, as well as manage existing staffCreate annual budget and allocate resources appropriatelyIdentify opportunities for growth and generate new businessManage vendor relationshipsOversee pricing proposals and updatesOther Duties:
