The impact you'll have
As General Manager, you will lead and support your team with executing on all operational aspects of your property. We are looking for a people-focused leader who has experience managing front of house and back of house operations, budgetary efficiency as well as keeping the experience of everyone on-site – employees, Placemakr guests, third-party partnerships and building ownership– at the core of everything they do. The General Manager will be evaluated through a combination of customer reviews, employee engagement, hotel performance metrics and measurable contributions to revenue.
