The successful candidate will manage day to day operations in our multi-million dollar location. Responsibilities
- Develop plans and strategies to improve the overall performance of the branch.
- Increase market presence through innovative sales techniques.
- Work as a liaison with various Home Office representatives..
- Coach and mentor team of service professionals to provide quality in-home service.
- Create goals and objectives for management team to assume added responsibility.
- Total P&L responsibility.
Requirements
- Energetic leader to be a mentor with a strong team orientation
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales through creative and innovative sales techniques
- Three to five years' General Management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, and other related fields is desired
- A minimum Associates' Degree in business or related field is strongly preferred.
