OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management, shift management, and training development within the hospitality industry.
Duties- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment- Oversee food production, service, and quality- Experience with late night venue operations- Develop and execute training programs for staff- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control- Coordinate banquet and event operations- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills- Proficiency in Toast POS systems- Extensive experience in food production and management- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team- Knowledge of bar operations and beverage management- Previous experience in restaurant management- Ability to develop and implement training programs- Excellent shift management capabilities- Familiarity with banquet operations and food service industry
