General Manager

Orangetheory - Franchise #0364

Location: Los Angeles,CA, USA

Date: 2024-09-26T23:30:55Z

Job Description:

Be fit. Change lives. Have fun.

Do you have a zest for life and for fitness? For changing lives and managing a team? For being in charge of the big picture as well as tiny details? If you're nodding and smiling and all but shouting “YES!” then keep on reading, because an Orangetheory Fitness studio manager might be just the career for you.

We're looking for a driven and proven leader. Someone with management experience who is approachable, task-oriented, and willing to be held accountable. You will look everyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. You can coach and motivate a sales team, listen, stay fit, and have fun. If something goes wrong, you get it fixed. If a member is celebrating her 20th class or his 65th birthday, you make sure they're recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them.

Orangetheory has a feel like no other fitness venue. It's personal and close-knit; when members walk into a studio, they feel like they're coming home. Plus, our workouts are backed by science, and that's what makes them unique and awe-inspiring.

We Offer:

  • Substantial paid training, certifications, and support to ensure your success.
  • Competitive base pay, commission, and performance bonuses.
  • Free Studio Membership.
  • Product discounts.
  • Flexible schedule that works around educational or personal goals.
  • Fitness casual dress-code.
  • Passionate, collaborative work environment.
  • The opportunity to learn every aspect of the business to eventually become a Franchisee or Business Owner if desired.

Here's more of what we're looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition.
  • Passion for health and wellness.
  • Team player.
