The company is a $20M privately held wholesale custom sign manufacturing firm with over 30 years of experience. Financially stable with a strong growth trajectory that can offer a good work-life balance for the right professional. This is an on-site position in the Stoutland, MO area.

A qualified candidate will have:

• MBA or equivalent
• Five (5+) years of experience leading production, sales and distribution in a custom manufacturing environment
• Hands on experience with P&L management
• Ability to travel 30% of the time to production sites, sales presentations and trade shows
• Experience leading a multi-site operation would be a plus
