General Manager - Industrial Business Unit

Texas - Dallas - On site - Full relocation package available

Our client, who are a leading Engineered Products OEM, with a global footprint are looking for a General Manager for their Industrial Business Unit.

The General Manager will be based out of the companies headquarters in Dallas, Texas with a good balance of depth and breadth of experiences needed to run a business of around $150M in revenue and multiple global manufacturing facilities.

The successful individual should also be prepared for a larger leadership role in the organization within 1-3 years.

ABOUT YOU

We would expect that you have experience of -

• 10+ years leadership experience within the highly engineered products space.
• Full P&L leadership and responsibility for multiple manufacturing facilities globally.
• Sales – Analytics, Tactics, Customer Strategy, CRM Systems, Management for Growth
• NBD / Marketing / R&D – Market Analysis & Development, Partnering & Leading NBD with R&D
• Operations – Cost Structure, Procurement, SIOPS, Safety, Quality, Delivery, CI, Processes
• People Management & Development – Communication, Team Building, Career Development
• Business Planning & Strategic Planning – Development & Driver of Execution
• MBA Preferred
