From sales and service to parts and administration, your strategic vision will drive growth and efficiency across the organization. Your ability to develop and implement sales growth plans, coupled with creating innovative service solutions, will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals. Moreover, your experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of excellence will ensure exceptional customer service delivery while optimizing operational costs and inventory management.Our client recognizes the importance of your military expertise in executing operational tasks with precision and efficiency. From managing equipment inventory to coordinating deliveries and implementing pricing and financing strategies, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be paramount. Your ability to adapt to new challenges, coupled with your dedication to continuous improvement, will drive the company toward operational excellence and sustainable growth.Location: Must be located or willing to relocate to the Stockton or Sacramento California region.Compensation and benefits:Base salary: depends on experience.
