General ManagerSummary General Managers at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding their store volume and margin sales and service goals by leading their team in defined processes. The position is exempt. Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures the location effectively follows a successful Selling, Servicing, Parts, and F&I process and paperwork that ensures that the customer has an excellent buying experience
- Effectively establishes the selling price for units, as part of desking the deal; including successfully establishing ACV (trade appraisals, reconditioning) through set company standards
- Learns and applies new and learned selling skills, strategies and techniques on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. Shares, mentors, encourages, and acknowledges team members
- Monitors OneWater sales, service, and parts goals and supervises/prioritizes work to achieve progress towards goals against key performance indicators
- Takes the lead on merchandising inventory and supports the marketing of products, preparing for shows, positioning, and advertising activities (including lot and showroom layout)
- Actively participates in boat shows, store and off-site sales and customer events

- Builds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputation
- Promotes teamwork, supports, coaches and works with all team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat
- Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
- Achieves or exceeds store volume and margin sales and service goals and profit goals
- Effective utilization of sales tools, including OneWater Sales Processes and CRM
- Achievement of required OneWater Sales Certifications
- Management experience
- Lift 10 lbs. infrequently
