The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the EV industry, a proven track record of leadership and management, and strong brand development, sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the initial setup and establishment of the EV dealership and service center.Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve company goals.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales, service, and support team.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Oversee the setup and operation of the service and repair shop, ensuring it meets all technical and safety standards.Implement efficient inventory management and procurement processes.Monitor and improve operational efficiency and profitability.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.Required Skills and Qualifications:
