This role requires a proven leader with a strong track record in accountability and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for driving operational success while developing future leaders within the organization.Accountabilities:
- Ensure adherence to systems, policies, and best practices, holding the team accountable for performance and standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals, balancing operational tasks with long-term vision.
- Maintain open lines of communication throughout the organization, ensuring transparency and effective information flow.
- Solve complex problems across operations, sales, guest relations, HR, and financials, making informed and timely decisions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing management team that embodies a results-focused and growth-oriented mindset.
Principles Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow YoY Sales & EBITDA
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a positive workplace culture that values teamwork and accountability.
- Craft short- and long-term operational plans that optimize resources and enhance guest experiences.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational efficiency, making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
- Oversee all aspects of guest relations, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement, both in operations and guest engagement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a talented management team, empowering them to succeed and advance within the organization.
