- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and long-term goals.

- Work with managers to ensure are tools are in place for technicians to production goals.
- Maintain a presence within the community through attending community and industry events.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Provide leadership and direction to employees.
- Problem solves issues on major accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales team to find new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a director or senior management role, preferably in the services sector.
