Job Description:
  • Reports to: Multi-Unit Manager (MUM)
  • Location: Southeastern Ohio (Amanda, Baltimore, Chillicothe, Circleville, Lancaster, or Logan)
  • Travel: 20% travel for operational needs

        • College a plus
        • Food Safety Level 2 Certification required (will train)

          • Act as the driver of goals set by the company and carry out these goals in a way that protects the business and shapes the future of the company.
          • Accountable for day-to-day restaurant operations.
          • Recruit, hire, train/develop and empower a talented and motivated team.
          • Lead a team including scheduling and assignment of duties for anticipated business projections.
          • Ensure all policies, standards of operations and procedures are followed.
          • Create an unmatched dining experience by delivering the highest quality food & beverage which make memories by exceeding guest expectations.
          • Provide a fun, clean and safe guest, and team environment.
          • Respond effectively and accurately to customer concerns and feedback.
          • Develop relationships with local business owners, managers, and town officials; promote the brand in the local community through word of mouth and restaurant events.
          • Analyze previous sales, upcoming booked events, promotions, special events, local impact events and holidays to forecast the future; accountable for sales building.
          • Control profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
          • Work to reduce costs without affecting the guest experience and optimize profits through management of cost centers & recognize money saving opportunities.
          • Create schedules for direct reports to meet the demands of fluctuating business.
          • Accountable for ordering, receiving and inventory of food, beverage, and supplies; assist in menu planning.
          • Ensure safety and security training, facility walkthroughs and support is shown on a consistent basis
          • Accountable for prevent maintenance program including maintenance of equipment and building/groundskeeping and POS/IT functionality.
          • Responsible for manager training, development, and retention including a consistent focus on company culture and core values.
          • Maintain staffing pars in every facet of the business to ensure a positive guest experience, sales building, and business growth.
          • Maintain records for valid driver's license, auto insurance coverage, and knowledge of effective delivery routes.
          • Manage the full-life cycle of crew members including hiring, training, coaching/developing, performance feedback and appraisals, documentation, retention, and termination.
          • Responsible for Restaurant Scorecard performance.
          • Operate in accordance with all Cristy's Pizza standards of operations, handbook policies, operating policies, agreements, etc.
          • Compliant to federal, state, and local legislation including employment, food safety, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) requirements; ensure managers and team members have required food safety certifications.
          • Complete other tasks, projects and job duties as assigned and/or deemed appropriate.
          • Strong and confident oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills including ability to deliver information persuasively and efficiently

            • 5 Years of relevant experience in restaurant management, required
            • Ability to maintain P&L responsibilities
            • Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing.
            • Experience in scheduling entertainment, a plus
            • Experience in the pizza industry, a plus
            • FoodTec POS, Office 365, and Microsoft Office experience, a plus Physical Requirements:
              • Ability to move throughout the property (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time
              • Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
              • Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear
              • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders
              • Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 40 pounds
              • Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion
