Responsibilities
  • Promote positive customer and team member experiences
  • Facilitate team member success and assist as needed, training
  • Assign team member tasks and responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls
  • Assist with parts inquiries and sales
  • Sell Golf Cars and Lawn Mowers
  • Conduct office meetings
  • Conduct team member reviews - 90 days and annually
  • Complete team member work schedule
  • Process finance applications
  • Review finance contracts and deal jackets
  • Place major unit booking orders
  • Receive major unit inventory into DX1
  • Manage unit inventory, monthly
  • Use sales programs to increase sales and revenue
  • Strategize programs to increase revenue and sales
  • Post major unit inventory and invoices
  • Review manufacturer sales and rebate/incentive programs
  • Apply for major unit rebates
  • Review policies, procedures, and activities
  • Review accounting balance sheet and assist with accounting meetings
  • Review and assist with end of day balance as needed
  • Oversee Line-X Technicians and schedules
