You're in this position for a reason, so strive to lead by example and show your team how valuable they can be.Complete working knowledge of The Zone and Kokomo Joe's operations and inventory needs.Receive and facilitate directives from CEO/COO; clearly communicating vision to staffAccessing all resources available before elevating to CEO/COO level; presenting solutions when issues cannot be resolved for CEO/COO consideration.Minimum 40 hours a week and on-call to assist staffStrategic/big-picture mindset; forward thinkingWorking knowledge of financial analytics and reporting statisticsPositive and efficient communicator, delegator, and mentor to staffSatisfy all human resources responsibilities and be knowledgeable about basic employment lawsResponsibilitiesLike any boss, your plate will remain full in this category, but delegation of the day-to-day tasks will help you stay focused on the bigger picture items that only you can manage and oversee.Hire and retain staff to achieve and sustain proper staffing levels at The Zone and Kokomo JoesDevelop and implement standard operating procedures for staff positions and/or specialized servicesDevelop and implement an onboarding training program that tracks proficiency in skillsIdentify and improve efficiencies in all operational areasResolve issues calmly, timely, and effectivelyHold staff accountable to your expectations and utilize progressive discipline when neededCommunicate your vision and expectations to the Assistant Manager and hold them accountable for delegating properly to see all tasks completedProduce and review financial and inventory-based reports to monitor profitability and make recommendations to CEO/COO on areas for improvement and/or changes to be madeVerify all financial transactions are recorded properly, timely address mishandling of funds.Conduct staff meetings routinely to build team-oriented culture and keep staff informedProactively develop resources or processes that improve consistency in operational expectationsProvide CEO/COO weekly management report that addresses high-level issues, solutions for consideration, accomplishments, and focus areas for the week aheadOther duties as assignedJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftOn callWeekends as neededEducation:Associate (Required)Experience:Management: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Ability to Relocate:Rolla, MO: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
