Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Putnam's vine/yard. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, coordinate events, maintain inventory, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management, event coordination, and staff supervision
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of wine industry practices and trends
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
