Position Overview:The retail general manager is responsible for the entire operation of a retail sales location. This involves leading the sales process and developing people, with the goal to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and develop a team of sales consultants, office managers and support staff to achieve sales center profitability, customer satisfaction and referral generation.
- Provide positive leadership in implementation and adherence to the Cavco sales system and operating principles.

Education/Experience Required:
- Sales experience required
- Sales Management experience preferred
- High School diploma
- College preferred
