Our client is seeking a visionary leader to provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and site leadership for a state-of-the-art Cell and Gene Therapy facility.

What you will do:
As the Vice President (VP) Site Head, your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Developing and executing the site's strategic plan aligned with corporate objectives.
· Leading site expansion efforts, including design and operationalization of new technologies and capacities.
· Overseeing end-to-end site operations, including manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, and engineering.
· Ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining regulatory compliance.
· Driving operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and optimize resource utilization.
· Managing the site's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
· Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve site performance.
What you will bring:
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Vice President (VP) Site Head:
· Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
· 15+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership within a CDMO or biopharma company.
· Extensive experience in Cell and Gene Therapy manufacturing, including viral vectors, cell expansion, and aseptic processing.
· Deep understanding of cGMP, FDA, EMA, and global regulatory requirements for Cell and Gene Therapy products.
· Strong financial acumen with experience managing site P&L and driving profitability.
· Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams.
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills for engaging clients and stakeholders at all levels.
