This position plans and executes the day-to-day operations of Lucky You, ensures workplace safety, and compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. The General Manager will set the priorities for production and scheduling, maintain the facility, conduct routine equipment maintenance and repairs, and implement cost control measures and reduce overhead.The General Manager directly supervises production, kitchen, accounting and shipping and inventory roles and serves as the main point of contact with company suppliers, all other employees, clients and government officials.This role ensures orders are fulfilled on time, on budget and meeting our high-quality specifications in a safe, clean facility with well managed inventory and well-trained employees that make Lucky You a great place to work and the partner of choice for our clients.
