OUR CORE VALUESWORK HARD & HAVE FUN DOING ITOWN ITFAITHFAMILIES FIRSTGROWTH-DRIVEN MINDSET Requirements Role Description: We are looking to hire a General Manager; this person will harness the ability to lead a team of restoration and reconstruction Xperts. You'll be tasked with fostering an environment where all employees practice accountability, reliability, and proactivity in a way that creates a superior customer XPERIENCE . The General Manager will be responsible for driving customer service with current clients, continuous growth in the market, and ongoing focus on team member development. Responsibilities:

  • The General Manager will establish and communicate clear standards of performance.
  • Place emphasis on living our Vision, Mission and Core Values and lead all business practices with these things in mind.
  • General Manager is responsible for creating, XECUTING and managing plans to increase sales, profitability and demonstrating genuine customer service.
  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture (laughter in the halls is encouraged. This can be an emotionally intense job, so have fun when you can!)
  • Coordinate and discuss performance including financial and operation performance with department managers.
  • Ensue the company's targets, intentions, and objectives are obtained.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience, but not. We want you to know how, but we're not SELLING anything if that makes sense.
  • Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to lead, mentor and bring diverse groups together for a common goal...really like Captain America.
  • General Manager must be able to present information in multiple settings for customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM System.
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license. VALID. UNRESTRICTED.
  • IICRC-ASD and IICRC - AMRT preferred.
