- Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of hotel management, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.

- Establish strong relationships within the community, participate in Chamber of Commerce and local associations positioning the hotel as an integral part of the community.

- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a lifestyle hotel or boutique setting.
