This locally owned traditional Texas roadside cafe is looking for a General Manager. They are known for their delicious breakfast and brunch using fresh local ingredients, soon they will be doing dinner service as well.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Operations in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor food production to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor, in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
