Job Summary

Step into a leadership role as the General Manager of Wolfgang Puck Catering in Houston, TX. Oversee every aspect of our Houston Commissary and Catering Operations, ensuring flawless execution of daily operations and high-profile events.

What You'll Do

• Manage all commissary operations, staffing, facilities, and financials
• Execute all catering operations, delivering exceptional experiences for every event.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and operational standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in food and hospitality management.
• Extensive catering operations experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and team-building expertise.
• A track record of successfully implementing business strategies.
