This specific holding company is focused on acquiring and growing residential home services companies.

This is an opportunity to be a General Manager at one of the company's partner brands. The GM will oversee all aspects of a location's day-to-day operations and drive growth, performance metrics, create an amazing workplace culture, and develop all staff and management.

You will own the full operating P&L of a specific geography in the continental US and will be responsible for driving organic growth of the business.

Additional primary responsibilities will include:

• Successful integration of tuck-in acquisitions that occur in your market area
• Hiring and managing business leaders within your company
• Partnering with peer CEOs to ensure that best practices are shared across the full platform
• Working with peers and leadership to share best practices

Your Professional Qualifications:

5+ years post-military experience of demonstrated P&L ownership and growth.
