This role requires a dynamic individual with strong commercial acumen and exceptional leadership skills. The position oversees sales operations, develops and implements strategic plans, and ensures the achievement of revenue targets while fostering long-term customer relationships. This role works in conjunction with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency. This role also supports a lean, safe working environment, with a focus on continuous improvement, quality, and teamwork throughout the company. Essential Job Functions
- Develop and execute the strategy for the Hardcoating division in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and operations teams to drive performance and achieve objectives.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness, adjusting as necessary.
- Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals for the division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new market segments and geographic regions.
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Prepare and present monthly AIM reports on sales performance, market conditions and future opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Marginal / Less Essential Job Functions

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of successful experience in a similar role will be considered.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Other Qualifications Desired Training & Experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a commercial or sales management role within the coatings or manufacturing industry, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the coatings market and industry trends.

Working Conditions
- Normal office environment utilizing personal computer, phone, and related office equipment. May sit or stand as needed. Constant use of upper extremities. The occasional reaching above shoulder height, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Infrequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
Periodic visits to the manufacturing floor with exposure to hazards of moving equipment, hot parts, and automated machinery. Minimal skin exposure to detergents, oils and cutting/grinding fluids and minimal exposure to fumes, dusts, and mists. Additional Comments
