**Job Description:**

As General Manager of Business Development, you will:

* Own US Mobiles fast-growing business-to-business product

* Develop a strategy, set and meet goals for expanding our client base

* Build out a team and processes for acquiring, onboarding and retaining new clients

* Work closely with Product and Engineering to meet businesses unique needs

* Coordinate with Marketing to run ad campaigns that will drive new accounts

* Oversee account management process and develop a vision for scaling efficiently

* Create a vision for content marketing, blog posts, landing pages and onsite features to drive conversion

* Generate and rigorously test new ideas to acquire clients

* Design a process for regular outreach to potential clients through multiple media that consistently generates new business

* Mentor 3+ direct reports

**Requirements:**

* 8+ years total experience

* 4+ years of experience in B2B sales in a related industry

* Experience with product development, particularly in tech

* Proven track record of building operations from scratch

* A stellar manager who prioritizes people

* Flexible and scrappy, creatively work around constraints

* Focused on the big picture but adept at the details
