Our client is a privately-held Manufacturing organization that is successful and growing rapidly.

As part of this growth, they have prioritized the GM/COO position to lead the overall manufacturing strategy and provide a succession candidate for their CEO/President to develop.

Based outside the greater Knoxville (northeastern TN) metro area, the ideal candidate will mesh with the existing culture and bring a customer-focused & engaging personality to lead their organization forward!

The ideal candidate will expand on their capabilities - including:

• Full Operational P&L responsibilities
• Developing, championing and improving KPI's
• Distribution - selling via multiple channels, incl to dealers, contractors, builders
• Organizational development - enabling & optimizing talent
• Commercial abilities (Sales & Marketing aptitude)
• Succession potential - aptitude and motivation to develop to the CEO level
• Management saavy - across all levels and impacts to the P&L
• Technical Aptitude - understand plastics, metals & materials processing
• Financial acumen - adept at short and long-term planning

On-site role - not a remote position

Location - requires relocation to the Knoxville metro area
