General Manager – Professional Services Staffing – Private Equity
Our client is a growing, services staffing business seeking an accomplished on-site General Manager to lead a multi-location, staffing business. As a strategic leadership team member, the General Manager will drive business development and recruitment in a lower-middle market business. With the backing of an engaged Private Equity sponsor, the company seeks to expand its services over the next several years and position itself as the niche market leader. This opportunity will enrich the person who possesses a penchant for pursuing professional excellence.
Qualified candidates must have experience operating at the senior level within a multi-location, engineering, energy resources, healthcare, IT, financial, or staffing services vertical. Ideally, you will have a clear level of comfort working as a highly independent manager of a comprehensive P&L. As an enterprise market manager, you are a committed team leader who can mentor and manage the team while possessing industry insight to make timely, critical decisions. Reporting indirectly to the CFO, ideally, you will have acquired experience communicating with the board of directors and the Private Equity firm.
