Job Description:

As our client continues to expand into the skilled nursing facility market, they are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead efforts in this space and drive business growth. The General Manager (GM) for Skilled Nursing Facility Products will serve as a critical leader, responsible for bridging internal technical teams with customer-facing operations to drive product development and market success. This individual will oversee pilot programs, collaborate directly with customers, and ensure our products align with regulatory standards and the needs of the skilled nursing industry. The GM will play a pivotal role in steering business growth while maintaining a deep understanding of the products we offer and the regulatory landscape.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams (including engineers and product developers) and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration to develop and refine internal products tailored to skilled nursing facilities.

Pilot Programs and Product Development:

  • Lead the ideation, design, and execution of pilot programs for new product ideas in the skilled nursing sector.
  • Gather feedback from pilot programs to optimize product features and functionality.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer needs.

Customer Engagement:

  • Work directly with customers to understand their pain points, gather insights, and translate them into actionable product improvements.
  • Build trust with customers by demonstrating a thorough understanding of their operational and regulatory challenges.

Regulatory Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of medical regulations and compliance requirements for the skilled nursing industry.
